Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church of Baker, Florida is actively and prayerfully searching for the Senior Pastor, whom God has chosen to lead our dynamic congregation. Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church is a loving family oriented, multi-generational church located in a growing area of the western Florida panhandle. Our church, established in 1888, has a weekly service attendance of 375. The church is looking for a Spirit-led Senior Pastor with the gift of effective preaching and teaching of the Word of God. He needs to meet the scriptural qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. He shall be one who by calling, training, and proven ability has demonstrated that he is spiritually mature, and prepared to perform as a Senior Pastor.
